The Gulf Drug Establishment has highly specialized and responsive service team setup that attends to the post-delivery service needs of the clients related to medical equipment and goods.

The GDE Service Centre gives full service coverage of all the equipment provided by the group. To this end, Gulf Drug Establishment has established workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Fujairah. These workshops are well-equipped and have qualified and experienced personnel to meet the service requirements of the client at all times. The workshop in Dubai not only carries out equipment service and upgrading but also provides training for the client’s staff on the maintenance and unkeep of their sophisticated systems.
