 With the highly sophisticated and increasingly desperate scope of the group’s services and operations, the need for an advanced and comprehensive IT systems had become imperative for the Al Moosa Healthcare Group. The group uses Oracle E-Business Suite to facilitate the operations of its Departments,Finance,Distribution & Projects. To better co-ordinate, quantity and corroborate the operations of various wings of the group such as its branches, retail outlets, warehouses and employees on the move, the group uses WAN network via high-speed leased lines and VPN, via Citrix. Lotus Notes is used for all corporate communications since 1999; and is utilizing Domino.Doc for its document management system since 2003. These tailor-made IT solutions are in step with the latest development in Information Technology and ensure that the group offers the most efficient and advanced services to its clients. |
